Our free software is offered "As Is" with no warrantees, guarantees, or promises of support or response time. After all, it is free software, but we will attempt to respond to these posts and any bug reports as quickly as possible. We do not provide any support by phone for free software, and you will be directed to this web site if you attempt to contact us by phone.

If you do need more urgent support, or need a bug fixed or feature added, you do have the option of paying for support to receive priority attention. Call our office for more information.

Also, when making posts about error messages, it really helps to give us some details about your computer. In particular, we would like to know the following:

• Desktop or Laptop
• CPU Speed (i.e. Pentium 4 2.0Ghz or Athlon 2700 or something)
• Total RAM (512MB or 1GB, etc...)
• Operating System (Windows XP Home, Pro, etc..)
• OS Service Pack (i.e. Service Pack 1 or 2...)
