Here is the latest version of the File Change Monitor. This program currently only watches DBF and CDX files in a single file tree. We may expand this for more general use if there is enough demand.
There is no install script for this program. All the necessary files are found in the zip archive below. Download the archive and unzip it where you want it. Run FileChangeWatcher.exe to run the program.
