I found the following diagrams for wiring Cat5 cable on another website. They were not copyrighted or trademarked, so I put them in a PDF for easy transport. You will need to print this in color to be useful, but these are the nicest wiring diagrams I have scene.
There are two diagrams on one page, one for straight-through cat5, and one for crossover cat5 (or crossed-over for those who like hyphens).
