Here is the latest version of our Printer Watcher.
Version 1.1.3 has the following features:
Monitors the printers and print spooler service
Can reset the print spooler on Windows 2000, XP, and 2003
Can run minimized or in the system tray
Alerts you when the print spooler is reporting errors
Two different site licenses can be purchased: Home, Small Business License (up to 10 computers) or Enterprise License (unlimited)
Fixed bug so that program can run on computers with networking disabled
Citrix printing edition is also available, contact us to learn more
