Common Problems : Error Opening a PowerPoint File
PowerPoint uses different effects for animation. Although eWorship has been tested fairly thoroughly with PowerPoint, you may still run into errors upon trying to load a specific presentation. If you can identify the unusual effect, please notify Online Solutions. We will quickly provide an update to eWorship.
You can still load these presentation files, but you will need to turn Safe Mode on in PowerPoint Settings to load these files. This mode allows you to load the powerpoint presentation without eWorship indexing the animation effects for this presentation. There is no difference in the on-screen appearance, but the outline view is not as attractive in eWorship, and you will have no animation counts in the eWorship program.
Common Problems : PowerPoint Slide Not Advancing
PowerPoint bulletins need to have the Slide Transition set for each slide to auto-advance. This is found in Slide Transition ... under the Slide Show menu. You need to set each slide to advance Automatically after some delay such as 0:10 (which equals 10 seconds). If you click Apply to All you will set the auto advance for all slides.
